  • Hours of operation: We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 6:00 pm EST.
  • Shipping: In-stock items ordered by 2:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Other items will ship within 1-2 days. Licensed sports flags may take up to a week to ship.

  • Payment: We accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), check, money order, or certified check.

Terms & Conditions:


  • Sales Tax: Orders shipping to Pennsylvania are subject to the PA state sales tax of 6%, which will be added during the checkout process. Sales tax will be assessed on shipping charges and on the cost of merchandise.

    American Flags & PA Flags: American flags and Pennsylvania State flags are tax exempt and therefore no sales tax will be charged on these items.

    American & PA State Flag Sets: Our shopping cart incorrectly charges sales tax on the entire flag set. We will only invoice you for sales tax on the cost of the hardware.

    Pennsylvania Sales Tax Law: If the item(s) being shipped is taxable, the shipping and handling charges are also subject to tax. If the item(s) being shipped is not subject to Sales Tax, neither are the shipping and handling charges. In the case where items being shipped are of a mixed (both taxable and nontaxable) nature, then the shipping and handling charges for the entire shipment are subject to tax.

  • Changes/Cancellations: Please notify us immediately of any changes or cancellations to your order. Customers will be responsible for paying all shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee for all orders previously shipped.
  • Returned Checks: Any check not honored by the customers bank will incur a $25 service fee.
  • Return Policy: Unused and undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be responsible for paying all shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Special orders require a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping fees. Damaged or defective products may be returned for a full refund. Customer is responsible for keeping all packing materials including shipping label and contacting us immediately to file a claim. We will refuse unauthorized returns.
